Fourteen days

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of conclusion, without giving reasons. An email is enough; a form exists but is not required.

Why the right can expire early

With the booking your instance goes public immediately and starts taking real sign-ups. For that to happen you confirm two things separately before paying: that we should begin at once, and that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed. Without both boxes there is no payment step.

Withdrawing after we have started

If you withdraw after we have begun, you pay the share corresponding to the service provided up to that point. We refund the rest within fourteen days using the same payment method.

Refunds outside withdrawal

If the contract ends during a paid period, we refund every full month not used — also for an add-on you cancel on its own. You do not need to ask: the refund arrives by itself no later than 14 days after the end, through Paddle as the issuer of the invoice, to the same payment method. If we terminate because the prohibited uses were breached, nothing is refunded.
