Fourteen days

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of conclusion, without giving reasons. An email is enough; a form exists but is not required.

Why the right can expire early

With the booking your instance goes public immediately and starts taking real sign-ups. For that to happen you confirm two things separately before paying: that we should begin at once, and that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed. Without both boxes there is no payment step.

Withdrawing after we have started

If you withdraw after we have begun, you pay the share corresponding to the service provided up to that point. We refund the rest within fourteen days using the same payment method.

Refunds outside withdrawal

If the contract ends during a paid period, we refund the unused full months pro rata. The settlement runs through Paddle as the issuer of the invoice.

Cancelling rather than withdrawing

To end the contract after the withdrawal period there is the “Cancel contracts here” button — reachable without signing in, confirmed in text form.
