What we owe

A ready-to-run instance: a page for your game, newsletter sign-ups with double opt-in, and sending to the recipients you gain that way. What is owed is the provision of the service, not a result — we do not promise that anyone signs up.

Price, term, cancellation

12 € a year per game, billed yearly in advance. The first year is the initial term; after that the contract runs indefinitely and can be cancelled with one month's notice, with unused full months refunded pro rata. You can cancel at any time through the “Cancel contracts here” button — without signing in.

What you undertake

You are responsible for the content of your instance. There is no prior review. Prohibited are, among others, content under section 4 JMStV, unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, sending to recipients without consent, and offerings that are not about a game. Your subscribers

They are never deleted because a limit was exceeded or an invoice is open. Sending is suspended; the data stays. After the contract ends they remain available for export for 30 days.

Payment

We are your contractual partner for the service. Paddle handles the payment as a reseller: Paddle issues the invoice and accounts for the VAT.
